Modern Wellness Massage, LLC (MWM) is a professional, integrated massage business. We focus on physical wellness and pain relief. Our practice is located in Northern Virginia. This practice is owned and operated by Sawyer Smith, LMT, MMP.
Massages are available in 30, 60, and 90 minute durations. During your first visit, you can expect an assessment massage. This approach will allow us to identify the best treatment plan for your specific needs.

About Modern Wellness Massage
Modern Wellness Massage is built the combined approach that utilizes each of the individual specialties that I am certified to provide. My sessions are customized for each client. I help my clients understand their own body along with viable options to manage pain and mobility to support their efforts to maintain a healthier state of being.
After graduating from Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2017, I have worked in several chiropractic practices and spas, building my hands-on experience. I have treated a wide range of clients (everyone from stay-at-home moms to marathon runners) and a wide array of conditions (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Fibromyalgia, for example). After several years, I decided to open my own practice.
